Branding Techniques

Enhance brand loyalty and create a lasting impact with our wide range of branding methods for your corporate gifts and promotional products. From personalised items to unique giveaways, we offer innovative solutions that align with your brand and leave a memorable impression on your clients and partners.

Embroidery

This classic decoration technique stitches designs or logos in strands of thread which is driven by computers that read the digitized embroidery files. It creates a high value look and up to 9 different thread colours can be used.

Screen Printing

This is an ideal solution for larger quantities as screen printing is cost effective and allows branding for up to 6 colours. A logo is exposed onto a mesh screen, with the blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. One colour at at time, ink is placed on the screen and a squeegee pushes the ink through the screen where the logo is exposed.

pad printing

Ink is transferred from an engraved metal plate onto a product via a silicone pad to create an image. An all-around solution that is cost effective and can be applied to any shape or texture. Ideal for small plastic items.

Digital Transfer Printing

This is the most advanced, simple and cost-effective branding solution available that offers pixel sharp, photographic quality. You have access to the full spectrum of colours and gradients, as well as sharp detail and clarity for small text.

Direct to Product Printing

High impact branding method that prints permanent full-colour logos directly onto the product. Can be applied to many shapes and sizes with photo-print quality and bold, vivid colours.

Laser Engraving

Using a laser beam, a logo is etched with precise accuracy into a metal product to reveal the layer beneath. This is a more subtle branding method and creates an upmarket impression in tonal shades. Ideal for awards, flasks, pens, mugs and BBQ accessories.

Laser Etching

By using a laser, the dye from the material surface is removed from a garment to create a modern and sophisticated tone-on-tone look. Highly detailed images are created over zippers, buttons and seams without damaging the garment or compromising waterproof material.

Sublimation Printing

Full-colour logos are digitally printed on a special transfer paper with sublimation inks and then cut to the correct shape. Heat is applied to migrate the ink from the paper to the product. Suitable for white products made from minimum 60% Polyester fabric and polymer coated products.

CO2 Laser Engraving

A classy method to brand your logo on organic materials like glass, leather and wooden products in great detail. The top layer is removed with a CO2 laser to expose the second layer of the item.

Debossing

A subtle branding method where a die is pressed into the surface of a product using heat and pressure to create a permanent stamped impression. Ideal for genuine and imitation leather products and PU.

Belly Bands

Digitally printed on heavyweight paper, Belly Bands are cut to size and glued on the sides to form a beautiful sleeve. These bands are a perfect finishing touch for notebooks and enhance brand visibility.

Domed Stickers

Stickers are digitally printed in full-colour on an adhesive vinyl and then automatically cut to the required size and shape. The stickers are then coated with a crystal clear polyurethane resin to dry. Once dry, the domed stickers are applied to the product and produces a three-dimensional appearance.

Digital Printing on Bags

This high-impact branding method uses a special transfer paper that the full-colour image is printed on. The paper is then coated with a powdered glue which is cured onto the ink with UV rays. It is then placed on the product and transferred directly onto the fabric via a heat press. This method produces sharp artwork with excellent clarity and is therefore ideal for complex logos.

Digital Printing on Notebooks

Using the latest customised UV technology, this high-impact branding method allows you to digitally print full-colour, highly intricate logos directly onto notebooks.

Digital Printing on Drinkware

This photo-realistic branding method allows for printing artwork with vivid colours, multiple tones and gradients, and logos with fine detail and small text. The full-colour digital wrap print is directly applied to drinkware using a new UV printing process.

Hot Foil Stamping

This branding method is similar to debossing, except that a thin foil is pressed into the product to create a colour. Less heat and pressure is applied than during debossing so the impression is not as deep. Ideal for genuine leather and imitation leather products and PU.

Vinyl Stickers

Full-colour stickers are digitally printed on an adhesive vinyl and then automatically cut to almost any shape. This is a very cost-effective branding method and has a strong resistance to fading or damage. Can only be applied to flat or slightly curved surfaces.
